Tips when writing a letter of application.

•Don't use vague language always be certain about what you say. No verbs like think, should etc...
•Never mention the negatives just always focus on the positives.
•Avoid contractions in formal writing.
•Use polite forms like "I would like" instead of "I want".
•Don't include irrelevant information. Keep it brief and to the point.
•Be careful with use of present perfect make sure you aren't using when it should be simple past. Ask yourself: Has the action I'm talking about finished or not?

Any queries guys please reply to this post. ---
